What are your opening hours?

8.15am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Closed on public holidays.
We will endeavour to extend our hours when we have more doctors.

For after hours care, please contact the Radiodoctor Illawarra on 4228 5522 for a bulk billed home visit or telephone consultation or attend the Urgent Primary Care Centre at Bulli Hospital (phone 4249 1300).

I just need a quick doctor’s appointment, can you fit me in?

We have an appointment system but have allocated some ‘on the day appoints’ each day. Please ring reception on 4202 6900 if you need an urgent appointment but cannot find one online. We have a policy of not turning away sick children or pregnant women.

What are the best parking options?

There are public car parks located on Railway Pde, or on Station St over the railway bridge, or the large public car park on Church St.


Do you offer Pfizer or AstraZeneca vaccines?

Yes, we are providing both Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

What COVID-safe rules do you implement in your practice?

We are registered as Covid Safe with Service NSW and follow their guidelines. We are social distancing, cleaning surfaces, maximising ventilation and using QR code registration for visitors. We request that visitors to the clinic use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry and wear a mask.

I’m feeling COVID-19 symptoms, what do I do?

Please go for a Covid-19 test and stay at home until you receive a negative result. Please arrange a telephone or video consultation if possible. If you are more unwell and concerned, you can attend for a face to face consultation but please talk to reception staff so we can plan your visit and minimise the risk to others. Please wear a face mask and wait outside the clinic and call reception staff upon arrival.


Do I have to make an appointment or can I just walk in?

Due to Covid-19, we encourage our patients to make a telephone or video consultation for routine health related issues eg prescriptions/care plans/referrals/results.

For conditions which require an examination, please attend the clinic in person. If you have respiratory symptoms (fever/cold or flu symptoms), if possible please have a covid swab and check your result is negative prior to attending the clinic in person. Also ring reception before attending so we can plan your visit safely.  The reason for this is to protect other patients visiting the clinic at the same time, and to protect our staff and their families.  Please wear a face mask if directed to according to current public health orders. Outside of lockdown periods, please wear a face mask if you have any respiratory symptoms or fever.

Medical records

Can I get my own copy of my medical records?

The information contained in your medical record belongs to you. We are happy to provide you with a copy if requested, preferably by email. Please email your request to

How do I transfer my medical records from my old practice to this practice?

If you wish to transfer your medical records to Seacliff Healthcare you will need to arrange this with your previous doctor. We prefer an encrypted XML file copy of your old records emailed to us as an attachment at We can then download this into our medical records (‘Best Practice’). Alternatively, we can arrange it for you, but we will need your written consent. Please talk to our reception staff.


How much does it cost for an appointment?

Consultation fees:
Standard Fee = Medicare rebate plus $40
Discounted Fee = Medicare rebate plus $20 (this fee is for children, full time students under 25 years, health care card and Centrelink pension card holders if not eligible for bulk billing)
