Tenant Doctors Services

The Tenant Doctors provide face to face consultations, telephone and video consultations from their offices at our Premises.

Doctors can provide e-scripts (prescriptions sent directly to your phone by text or email), email certificates, referrals, pathology and radiology request forms, care plans and mental health plans directly to you at the time of your appointment – whether that is face to face, by telephone or by video consultation.

For video consultations you will need a computer with a camera or a smart phone with a camera. We will email or text you the log in details prior to the appointment. Please choose video consultations for longer appointments, if you need a care plan and when you need to show the doctor something e.g. a rash or lump.

Preventative Care

Yearly general health checks for all ages. Review of weight, diet, exercise, use of substances, family history/genetic risks, general examination including blood pressure, cancer screening including skin checks, cervical cancer screening, Cardiovascular Risk assessment.
Acute Care

Treatment of recent illness and injuries.
Chronic Care/Care Plans

Management of longer term health problems such as Diabetes, Hypertension, Osteoporosis, High Cholesterol, Migraine, Arthritis, Back Pain. Care Planning – GP Management Plans for chronic conditions. These can give patients eligibility for a medicare rebate for 5 sessions per year of Allied Health visits.
Immunisations

Full routine NSW Health immunisation schedule as well as extra vaccines such as Meningiococcal B (Bexsero) and travel vaccines. Covid-19 vaccines. Pregnancy vaccines. Shingles vaccine for those > 50 years.
Cryotherapy

Liquid nitrogen for warts and precancerous skin conditions.
Health Assessments

Health Assessments – 45-49 yrs, over 70 yrs. A health assessment is a structured way to find health issues that can be prevented or improved through interventions, aiming to make life healthier and better.
Minor Procedures

Excision biopsies. Removal of skin tags, moles, cysts, foreign bodies.
Genetic Testing

Pre pregnancy carrier screening, Pharmacogenomics, Genetic test for Lactose intolerance, Coeliac specific genotyping and Haemochromatosis screening for people at risk. Referral for BRCA gene testing for women with strong family history of breast/ovarian cancer.
Pregnancy Related Care

Pre pregnancy consultations – recommended for all couples prior to pregnancy to ensure appropriate health checks including genetic tests are performed. Pre pregnancy carrier screening. Shared Antenatal Care – with Wollongong or St George Hospitals. Baby checks – growth monitoring and immunisations.
Sexual Health & Contraception

STI screening and treatment. Prescription of PrEP. Contraception – including Implanon insertion and removal, IUCD removal. Oral and depo contraception.
Hormonal Health

Menopause management – including prescription of Menopausal Hormonal therapy. Management of thyroid conditions.
Mental Health

Mental Health plans and reviews. Also Eating Disorder plans.
Other

Workcover/Insurance health reports. Medical Certificates. Iron Infusions. Skin checks.
Physiotherapy Services

Mole Mapping by Dermatologist

Comprehensive skin checks by Dermatologist – visits on Fridays https://www.molemap.net.au/
